The site located near the A13 dual carriageway is within close walking distance from Canning Town interchange and East India DLR station. There a number of duplex family units with large terraces at ground floor level overlooking the communal courtyard. Smaller apartments higher up the scheme have roof terraces with views towards Canary Wharf and Greenwich peninsula. A commercial unit at ground floor level provides an active frontage to the street and acts as a buffer to apartments.
