This residential development is situated at Chatham Maritime. It consists of two repeating apartment blocks with generously proportioned open plan kitchen and living areas. All the apartments have large balconies or terraces and benefit from the spectacular waterfront views.

The two blocks are four storeys high responding to the scale of the adjoining buildings. The corner apartments increase in height creating a focal point in the rear courtyard. These higher gabled ends form an important visual link for the north quay and the hinterland.

The contemporary design is a striking on the waterfront, adding a fresh and vibrant quality to the marina. The orange steel frames are a distinctive feature, providing supports for the timber deck balconies, privacy from the dockside promenade and solar shading. To the south, the central volume is white rendered with large patio doors. The end elements are clad in a vibrant blue render and timber boarding, echoing the Maritime character of the site.
