RMA Architects were commissioned to review an existing consent for development of the final phase of the regeneration of Limehouse Basin. Redesigning the scheme enabled us to provide every apartment with a waterfront view, and offer a broad range of residential types.
A twelve-storey tower forms a landmark entrance to the site, with 31 residential apartments and a commercial unit at ground floor level.
The town houses are designed to be highly responsive to their waterfront location. Their scale is sensitive both to the adjacent development and the considered landscaping at the heart of the site
